Payment

You authorize LICHA Tortillas to send instructions to the financial institution that issued your card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of our agreement with you.

Payment is due at the time of checkout for all items in your cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email including your payment details.

Ordering and purchasing

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • All orders placed with LICHA Tortillas are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Our tortillas are made fresh and may have limited daily availability. In the rare case that a product you ordered is not available, we may contact you to suggest a substitute, or refund you in full.

  • Prices are subject to change depending on ingredient availability and market conditions.

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of any applicable sales tax.

Delivery / Pick-up

At this time, LICHA Tortillas does not offer delivery services. All orders must be picked up at our facilities located at:

Orders will be ready for pickup the day after they are placed. Please ensure that you collect your order during our designated business hours. We recommend inspecting your goods at the time of pickup and notifying us immediately of any issue

Allergens notice

Our tortillas are made with wheat flour (gluten) and some varieties contain milk and butter (dairy). If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please review the ingredients carefully before purchase.

Warranties & applicable law

We guarantee that our products will be of satisfactory condition and quality (with the exception of defects caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents while the goods were in your possession). Please notify us if you are dissatisfied with any of our products.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal law. The Minnesota courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes that arise in relation to these terms and conditions.
